My 40+ year career in real estate is based on years of custom home sales and an intimate understanding of high-end construction. Client relationships are the hallmark of my business. As resident of The Cliffs at Walnut Cove for 14 years, I am intimately familiar with The Cliffs Clubs membership model and residential inventory, both homes and lots, as well as the unique attributes of the gated luxury lifestyle in Western North Carolina.

My work in real estate began in Boca Raton, FL, following a career in the luxury jewelry business in sales and management. My success I began working in on-site sales for a family development and then moved on to start Procacci Real Estate, specializing in waterfront and oceanfront properties in S. Palm Beach County. My husband, Douglas, became a licensed Florida General Contractor in 1985 and this began a lifelong relationship of custom home building and real estate sales. Herrington Homes was formed in 1994 in Naples, FL and we moved our headquarters to Asheville in 2005. Shortly after moving to The Cliffs at Walnut Cove in 2007, I became a NC Real Estate Broker. With years of experience in luxury home construction and real estate sales, I became affiliated with Walnut Cove Realty/Allen Tate in 2013.
